1.Acceptance of these terms
By entering your email address, ticking the agreement checkbox, and completing a purchase on speedmaxalgo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2.What Speedmax Algo is
Speedmax Algo is a piece of software — an Expert Advisor (EA) for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform — that automates the execution of a rules-based trading strategy on the XAUUSD (gold) instrument. It is sold as a licensed software product. It is not a fund, a managed account, a signals service, or any form of financial product. We do not take custody of your money, your broker account, or your login details at any point.
3.Your licence to use the software
When you buy Speedmax Algo, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the software on the number of MT5 accounts you paid for (one account per licence key, unless you purchased additional accounts at checkout). You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or share your licence key or the software file with anyone else. We may revoke a licence key found to be shared or resold without affecting keys issued to other customers.
4.No investment advice, no guarantees
Speedmax Algo is software, not financial advice, and using it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and us. We do not manage your money, do not place trades on your behalf as an agent, and do not provide personalised investment recommendations. Nothing on this site, in our marketing, or in this agreement is a promise, guarantee, or projection of profit. Past or backtested performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, your broker relationship, and any losses incurred while using the software.
5.Risk disclosure
Trading gold and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in losses that exceed your deposit. You should not use Speedmax Algo, or trade at all, with money you cannot afford to lose. Backtest results are historical simulations and do not account for every real-world condition (slippage, broker execution differences, news events, and connectivity issues can all affect live results).
6.Price and payment
The price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase is the price you pay — a one-time payment for a lifetime licence, with no recurring subscription. Payments are processed by PayPal and/or NOWPayments (for cryptocurrency); we do not directly collect or store your card, PayPal, or wallet credentials. Extra MT5-account licences beyond the first are billed at the per-account rate shown at checkout.
7.Digital delivery and your cancellation right
Speedmax Algo is delivered entirely digitally: the software file, your licence key, and a setup guide are sent to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of payment being confirmed.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom: under EU/UK consumer law you would normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Digital content is an exception to that right once you have both (a) expressly consented to receiving it immediately, before the 14-day period ends, and (b) acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. At checkout, we ask you to confirm both of these things via a checkbox before payment can be completed. By ticking that checkbox and completing your purchase, you are giving that consent and that acknowledgment, and your right to withdraw ends once the download of the software or licence key becomes available to you.
8.Refunds
Because of the digital-delivery consent described above, purchases are generally non-refundable once your licence key and software file have been delivered. This does not affect any statutory right you may have where that consent was not validly obtained, or any right arising from a fault in the software itself (for example, a licence key that never activates). If something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us — every case is looked at individually.
9.Intellectual property
The Speedmax Algo software, its source code, its strategy logic, the website, and all related branding remain the property of the operator of Speedmax Algo. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the compiled software as described above — it does not transfer ownership or any right to the underlying code or strategy.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedmax Algo and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for your licence. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud).
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be displaced by this clause (which, if you are an EU or UK consumer, it generally does for matters like the withdrawal right described in section 7).
12.Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continued use of the software after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@speedmaxalgo.com.
