2.How we use it
- To deliver your licence key, the software file, and the setup guide by email after payment.
- To send a reminder email if you enter your email at checkout but don't complete the purchase.
- To answer support questions and respond to the chat assistant.
- To run basic, aggregate analytics on how the site is used (page sections viewed, visitor counts) — we do not build individual profiles beyond what's needed to run these features.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — see the cookies section below.
3.Our legal basis for processing it
Where your purchase or your email is involved, we process it because it's necessary to perform the contract with you (delivering what you paid for) or to take steps at your request before a purchase (like sending an abandoned-checkout reminder you can unsubscribe from). Where it's basic site analytics or ad measurement, we rely on legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it (see Cookies below).
4.Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver your purchase. We don't sell your data to anyone.

5.Cookies and tracking pixels
This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technology to help us understand which ads led to a visit or purchase, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in Speedmax Algo. If you came here from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may associate your visit and any purchase with that ad account, under Meta's own privacy terms. If you'd rather not be tracked this way, you can block third-party cookies and tracking pixels in your browser, or use an ad blocker — the site's core functionality (browsing, checkout) does not depend on this pixel.
6.How long we keep it
We keep purchase and licence records for as long as needed to support you and meet any tax or accounting obligations. Abandoned-checkout emails and chat logs are kept for a limited period for support purposes and are not retained indefinitely. You can ask us to delete data that isn't legally required to be kept — see Your rights below.
7.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email us at support@speedmaxalgo.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
8.Security
We rely on our service providers' own security measures (PayPal, NOWPayments, Resend, Supabase all maintain their own security practices) and restrict access to customer data to what's needed to run and support the product. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we don't store payment credentials ourselves, which limits what could ever be exposed from our side.
9.Children
Speedmax Algo is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
10.Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to support@speedmaxalgo.com.
